This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit the website (the “Site”) or start a service, either paid or unpaid (trial) at www.roomzilla.net (the “Service”).

The behavior tracking is anonymous up until you provide your email address and/or name when it becomes associated with your anonymous profile and the historic data we gathered about your activity using “Cookies”
Additionally when you start using the Service, we collect certain “Personal Information” from you, including your name, email address, company name and optionally billing details of your company or your phone number. When you use the service we also store information about the reservations you make. Apart from name and email, this information includes the location, date, time and claimed purpose of the meeting. In order to fully use the service you only have to provide a relevant email address. Other reservation details can be random.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
When you visit the Site or use the Service we use the Personal Information to:
- To provide the services and personalize user experience - especially facilitate the usage of Site and Service by using Cookies to remember settings and preferences of the users; send automatic notifications from the system informing you about your activity (e.g. creating a reservation).
- For research and analytical purposes - especially to optimize the Site, track traffic, analyze user behavior to be able to provide a better experience to our users,
- To stay in touch with you, especially inform you about product updates, provide assistance, inform about offers and promotions, as well as drive engagement with the Site or Service which includes but is not limited to automated email marketing, chat messages, onboarding email sequences.
